BIBLE SCHOOL & ABRAHAM'S PLACE
Jonathan and Dani Bowden served for fifteen years as Elim Fellowship missionaries in Niger, West Africa. Jonathan directed the Discipleship and Leadership Bible School in the city of Maradi for ten years before handing it over to the African leadership of Vie Abondante in 2025. This Bible School was established to provide new believers with a solid, Biblical foundation, hands-on ministry experience, and the opportunity to learn how to read and write in their own language. The Bible School offers a second year of pastoral leadership training. Once a student graduates from leadership training, he is sent out to plant and pastor a new church in one of the many, unreached villages that surround Maradi.
Abraham's Place is a children's discipleship home that is providing the next generation of believers in Niger with a solid foundation in both education and spiritual growth. This ministry was established by the Bowdens' dear Nigerian colleagues, Pastors Koyejo and Lola Amori. There are currently over 100 children and youth living in these homes in several different locations in Niger. The Bowden family partnered with this tremendous ministry during their time in Niger, and now continues to support the ongoing work at Abraham's Place.
This Project Account has been set up to help support the Bible School as it provides scholarships for Discipleship and Leadership students, along with scholarships to help Pastors Koyejo and Lola provide for the children and youth living at Abraham's Place.
