Sharon Mumper

Sharon is founding president and CEO of Magazine Training International (MTI), a non-profit organization that provides training and resources to people publishing Christian magazines in the Developing World. Over its 36-year history, the ministry has organized more than 90 on-site conferences and courses, primarily in East-Central Europe, Asia, and Africa. Staff and volunteers of hundreds of magazines in more than 70 countries have attended on-site conferences taught by some 100 professional magazine staff from around the world. MTI produces five training manuals available in more than a dozen languages and two DVD courses with subtitles in four languages. An online training program includes live online workshops, trainer-led online courses, e-books, and Web-based training videos.
