Sandra Whalen

Sandy is an inner city missionary to the homeless, needy and downtrodden in Harrisburg, PA.  She serves as the assistant director of the Capital Area Dream Center.  She wears many ‘hats’ and since her arrival in May 2018, has pioneered new outreaches such as a weekly ladies discipleship class and luncheon as well as a weekly free clothing room ministry and free sidewalk cafe. She also coordinates the volunteers and as a visionary helps cast new vision to reach their neighborhood. Signs, wonders, healings and salvations are all happening weekly during the various street outreaches that she helps direct. Sandy is thrilled to be called by the Lord to this new Dream center to help establish the Kingdom of God in inner city Harrisburg, PA.
