About WINGS

WINGS exists to equip and develop leaders for effective ministry through practical training, spiritual growth, and meaningful relationships.

Ministering in the Gifts

Join us March 11–13 for WINGS: Ministering in the Gifts, an event for emerging leaders who want to grow in Spirit-empowered ministry. Bring a team from your church for focused teaching, practical ministry, and shared experiences you can bring back to your congregation.

Learn from experienced ministry leaders:

• Eric Scott: Leading Holy Spirit Baptism
• Penn Clark: Prayer as a Ministry
• Speaker to be announced: Healing & Prayer
• Phil McNeill: Prophetic Ministry
• Courtney Lutz: Cultivating Your Calling

The event will also include a faculty panel on “Contending for Revival.”

WINGS is designed to be flexible. Participate in the sessions that fit your schedule. Oasis is encouraged but is not required for WINGS.

A Strategic Investment for Your Church

Healthy churches intentionally develop people before they are asked to carry greater responsibility.

WINGS provides a practical opportunity to invest in:

• Current ministry leaders
• Volunteer teachers
• Small group leaders
• Youth leaders
• Emerging leaders
• Future pastors
• Those sensing a call to ministry

We encourage churches to consider sending a team. Learning together creates:

• Shared language and vision
• Stronger ministry relationships
• Greater impact when participants return home
• A stronger leadership pipeline for the future

Space Is Limited!

We encourage churches to consider sending a team and investing in the next generation of biblical teachers, communicators, and ministry leaders.
