WINGS equips participants with fresh insights, new skills, and a passion for ministry. Churches that send students to WINGS will have their future leaders learn from some of the best leaders in the Elim movement and from around the world.

WINGS can help your church develop holistically grounded leaders who have benefitted from working on their internal person, developed ministry-sustaining connections with God, and received practical training and instruction for their area of ministry.

Yearly Breakdown

Year 1

We start by teaching peer coaching and mentoring and focus on your identity in Christ. The goal is to gain perspective on your life, direction, and identity to make the next two years in WINGS successful.

Year 2

We continue developing spiritual disciplines that sustain leaders in today’s world and honing essential skills and traits for church service. Leadership, counseling, spiritual rhythms, and soul care help prepare students for life and ministry.

Year 3

Our final focus is on practical skills in church ministry. Students will develop in the areas of children & student ministry, worship, and pastoral ministry. The goal is to empower and commission Spirit-led leaders.

The Cost

It is our desire to have all participants sent by their local church and cover the cost of enrollment. However, some prefer to support raise or self-fund their WINGS journey. A single student’s WINGS’ tuition, which includes all materials, food, and lodging, is only $125 per month ($1,200/year). Churches that send leaders together can maximize the benefits of collective learning and growth, as well as maximize our team discount. Be sure to talk with your senior pastor or church leaders about this opportunity!
