God miraculusly prepared Garner Christian Fellowship to build!

n 2022, Garner Christian Fellowship purchased a 4.5 acre plot of land on the main highway (Hwy 70) in Garner, NC for $525k. It had a house on it so we renovated the home and set it up for renters which would cover the monthly mortgage payments. The property needed significant work for development (bringing water and sewer in order to build) so we had a longer term plan to invest in that property and eventually develop and build for our future church growth. The budget would be significant, but we knew it would be a multi-year project. A new bypass was scheduled to be constructed approximately 300 yards away from the end of our property line, so we suddenly had a suitor interested in purchasing the property from us. They began negotiations with us and made an astounding offer of $2.2Million for our property. In the meantime, we acquired the piece of land right next to our current property for $30k to double the current size of our existing property.

We have accepted the offer on the Hwy 70 land and with the town's approval, are looking at the possibility of building on the piece of land adjacent to where we currently meet and could do so debt free!  God is good
